Peruvian Torch


Description: 

The commonly cultivated tree-cereus. Forms fleshy 6-9 ribbed, glaucous bluish-green, free branching stems with long brown spines although the new growth is usually spineless. Showy nocturnal white to greenish flowers. The red fruit is edible.
