The Senecio radicans is indigenous to Namibia and South Africa (Lesotho, Namaqualand, Eastern/Northern/Western Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal). Closely related to Senecio rowleyanus ("String of Pearls"), this beautiful species sports multiple tendrils of glossy, banana-shaped foliage. Hardy and relatively simple to cultivate, this succulent is a good choice for beginners. Moreover, it is a perfect houseplant.
